Project Type: Renovation/New Construction

A two-phase renovation and new construction of an existing charter school. Phase 1 involved a renovation of an existing 16,500 SF school. The building was gutted to the exterior walls and was completely renovated on schedule, allowing the school to fully reopen for the academic year.

Phase 2 consisted of constructing 3 new buildings totaling 65,000 SF. Phase 2 construction surrounded the newly renovated Phase 1 building which remained open and fully operational during Phase 2 construction. The project included classrooms, administrative offices, library, upgraded playground equipment, gymnasium, music room, cafeteria, and box office. Despite the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this project was completed on schedule.
