A two-phase comprehensive renovation and addition to an occupied and fully-operational elementary school totaling 103,000 SF. Phase 1 transformed the existing library into a new main entry and administration area. Additions included: 6,500 SF to the special education wing; 1,000 SF activity center; and 750 SF to the new library. This work began during winter break and continued while the campus was occupied for the remainder of the school year and throughout the summer.

Phase 2 consisted of gutting the existing administration area to make way for the new library; demo and replacement of 11 air handlers throughout the building; demo and replacement of all ductwork and VAVs; demo and renovation of the kitchen for the new serving area and new kitchen equipment. All classrooms received new finishes, casework, and A/V technology.
