Located at Memorial City Mall, this project involved revitalizing the facade at the Old Navy retail location. A key consideration in this project was allowing access and egress via the nearby Southwest Entrance of Memorial City Mall while ensuring that the general public was not put at risk, and the project could be completed within an appropriate time frame. Using our Lean practices, in particular, the Last Planner Methodology, we were able to coordinate our subcontractors as well as our material shipments to ensure that our project was completed within the budget, and with minimal impact on the day-to-day operations of Memorial City Mall.
