A complete renovation of an existing laboratory and office space to create new research laboratories and teaching laboratories, address deferred maintenance issues, and provide faculty office space. Final labs included wet lab space, the refurbishment of the exterior storefront, new casework, faculty office space, the total replacement of the existing northern storefront with an insulated system, hazardous material abatement, and the structural repair of the southeastern plaza at the cloister. Included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services.

8,500 SF of existing teaching labs remained operational throughout construction while we replaced the entire infrastructure for roughly 25 services. We were able to supply temporary utilities to all essential services needed for the labs to continue to function. Coordination with the University allowed Anslow-Bryant to complete most of the work over the summer break and schedule activities around ongoing classes.
