This Design/Build project built collaboratively with Morris Architects, encompassed over 75,000 SF of space built to accommodate the bustling businesses in and around the Memorial City area. A 5-level hotel with over 150 individual rooms still stands as a hub for traveling workers near Houston’s Energy Corridor.
